Please note: The decision to award a student loan is made solely by the HESFB. Fort Portal College of Health Sciences does not participate in the loan selection process or in any communication regarding its outcome.
However, for government sponsorships awarded through the Ministry of Education and Sports’ Joint Admissions Board (JAB), the College does communicate the results to admitted students.

Yes, course changes are allowed. Students may change their course within the first three weeks from the date of reporting. We encourage you to seek guidance before deciding, as many students who have changed courses after careful consideration have gone on to succeed.
Yes, fee payment in two instalments is permitted. The first instalment must be 70% of the total fees.
